If you want TomTom WEBFLEET to administrate the mileage of your vehicles for tax purposes you can use the Logbook function. Your driver can select on his TomTom GO whether he is driving a private or business related trip or you can define this in TomTom WEBFLEET.
Selecting logbook mode
The driver needs to enter his Driver ID into the TomTom GO. The settings need to be saved in TomTom WEBFLEET and then sent to the TomTom GO unit.
